STANDARD SERVICE
The delivery time is within 10 days from good receipt.

FAST SERVICE
The delivery time is within 2 days from good receipt. The request of “FAST SERVICE” have to be marked near the name of the product.
This service has an extra charge of 10 euro for each repaired product.

WARRANTY
Refurbished goods have a 4-months warranty from repair date. The part label will show the refurbishing week and year.
Warranty does not include:
-transport defects;
-good tampering;
-standard good wear.

HOW TO SEND US GOODS TO BE REPAIRED
The goods would be delivered ex works.
On packing list please write: “GOODS TO BE REPAIRED”

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS REPAIRED
Repaired goods are shipped by customer’s courier carriage on delivery or carriage free by adding transport cost in the invoice.

PAYMENT
The payment have to be agreed upon with our accounting department.

CONTRACT TERMS
Quotations are free of charge.
