WARRANTY
Refurbished goods have a 3-month warranty from shipment date. The part label will show the refurbishing week and year.
Warranty does not include:
- transport defects;
- good tampering;
- standard good wear.

HOW TO ORDER
You can send us an order by fax or e-mail. The order should contain:

• Company data
• VAT number
• Delivery address
• Good description
• Quantity and unit price
• Transport and courier
• Payment terms

PAYMENT

• Bank transfer in advance at order
• Other kinds of payment have to be agreed upon with our accounting department

TRANSPORT
Your own courier could be used or Printer Trade’s one adding transport costs in the invoice.
Other kinds of transport have to be agreed upon with our accounting department.
