Purposes and legal bases of the processing
Your “common” type personal data are processed according to the measures and procedures aimed at safeguarding data security adopted by the Company in accordance with the cogent provisions of the GDPR.
Specifically, your personal data are processed only for the information purposes you have requested.
The provision of the personal data requested in the form is, therefore, essential to satisfy your requests for information.
Forms and duration of data processing
Your personal data will be processed, in paper or digital form, by the “appointed-authorized” personnel, or by the privacy contact individuals identified by the Company, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 and following of the GDPR on the adoption of adequate security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, on the data itself. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, and in any case no longer than 12 months from their acquisition.
Scope of data transferal
The collected data will not be transferred to third parties for any reason.
Privacy rights
You may revoke at any time the consent given by filling in and submitting the form to the Company and exercise the rights enshrined in Articles. 15-21 of the GDPR and, in particular, that of requesting access to personal data, updating, or deletion of data processed in violation of the law or in a manner inconsistent with this policy.
In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you are required to send a specific request through the e-mail address info@printertrade.com. In case of failure to respond or unsatisfactory reply, you may also submit a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
